Tony heads up our Who’s Who for Alderson Commercial. He grew up in a construction family, and likes to say he graduated from the School of Hard Knocks. Tony has done it all: sales and leasing, project operations, finance and entitlement, marketing, construction management and supervision, design and development. As a relationship builder and dream maker, he leads the charge to bring exceptional quality (also flip-flops, and Van Halen) into to the commercial construction industry.

With nearly two decades of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry, Daniel has a deep understanding of how to turn clients’ visions into reality. At Alderson Commercial Group, Daniel leads the business development, preconstruction, and estimating efforts, ensuring that each project aligns with client goals and market demands. He also collaborates closely with Tony Alderson on commercial real estate development initiatives, bringing his expertise to a wide range of projects. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ball State University and a Master’s from Indiana Wesleyan University, further solidifying his strong foundation in both business and leadership.
